North St. Louis County Habitat For Humanity
Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing ministry. Habitat seeks to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action.
Habitat invites people of all backgrounds, races and religions to build houses together in partnership with families in need.
Habitat has built more than 500,000 houses around the world, providing more than 1.7 million people in more than 3,000 communities with safe, decent, affordable shelter.
North St. Louis County Habitat for Humanity was founded in 1995. We have provided a hand UP into sustainable and affordable housing opportunities to 111 homebuyers who have demonstrated a need for housing, an ability to pay our affordable mortgage and a willingness to partner in the process of building their home with community volunteers, churches, and local businesses.
