About Us
Mountain Iron’s Economic Development Authority is responsible for commercial, industrial and residential development within the City. Currently, the EDA administers a number of Tax Increment Financing Districts and various forms of development bonds.
The Authority is very aggressive in pursuing and accommodating commercial and industrial development throughout the City. Contact us for all your business needs.
Meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the Month at 5:15PM in the Mountain Iron Room of the Mountain Iron Community Center, 8586 Enterprise Drive South, Mountain Iron.
