Director of Senior & Nutrition Services
FT Director position available to lead our Senior & Nutrition Services team and operations. Responsible for effective leadership, mentorship, and direction to the team fostering a collaborative work environment. Budgetary, planning, and financial oversite along with strong operational expertise.
- Oversees department planning, development of new initiatives, fund raising and grant writing.
- Directs the Senior Dining and Meals on Wheels programs and oversees the Food Access and Volunteer services programs.
- Provides leadership, training, and evaluations for management staff and direct report staff.
- Ensures programs are managed in a cost effective, productive, and organized manner.
- Monitors, reviews, and approvals of all contracts and agreements for the department.
- Ensures procedures are followed for program payroll, purchasing, voucher and invoice systems.
- Ensures the completion of statistical, demographic, and financial reports required by grantor agencies.
- Develops and maintains positive and professional community partnerships.
- Assures service compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
- Serves as a member of the administrative negotiating team during union negotiations & serves as part of the AEOA Director/Leadership Team supporting the Agency.
- Provides reporting of department activities, goals, and challenges to AEOA Board of Directors.
- Represents the agency to human service providers public and political sub-divisions.
This position is available for a limited hybrid work arrangement.

Starting pay: $42.81 with increases at six-month: $45.39 and one year: $47.97
