Minnesota employers are facing significant changes with the implementation of Earned Sick & Safe Time (ESST) and Paid Family Medical Leave Act (PFMLA). This session, led by Justin Terch MA, MBA, SPHR, Managing Consultant at Terch & Associates Consulting LLC, will provide an in-depth look at current legal requirements, recent updates, and potential legislative modifications. Attendees will gain the knowledge needed to navigate compliance, adapt policies, and plan for future changes.

Justin L. Terch MA, MBA, SPHR is the Managing Partner of Terch & Associates Consulting LLC, a leading provider of workplace solutions in Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin. His practice includes internal investigations, executive search, and employment law compliance. He is currently the State Director of the Minnesota State Council of SHRM.
Justin led HR for numerous organizations in industrial construction, healthcare, and public education. For ten years Justin served as Senior Lecturer in the Legal Studies and Business Departments at UW-Superior and is a regular speaker at professional conferences.
