Join us for lunch as speaker Justin Terch for an overview of employment law changes enacted by the Minnesota Legislature during their 2023 session. Topics including paid leave, marijuana, and the elimination of non-compete agreements will be covered in some detail with ample time for questions after.
Justin grew up in the east Eveleth area. He is currently the government affairs director for the Minnesota Society of Human Resources Management and operates Terch & Associates Consulting in Duluth where he helps small and mid-size employers with HR compliance, recruiting and search work, and internal investigations. www.terchandassociates.com
