About North St. Louis County Habitat for Humanity:
North St. Louis County Habitat for Humanity (NSLCHFH) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating substandard housing by partnering with families to build affordable homes in northern St. Louis County, Minnesota. Established in 1995, it serves 15 communities in the region, providing simple, decent homes that families purchase with affordable mortgages. Habitat works with volunteers and community partners to create energy-efficient homes, while also promoting "sweat equity," where families contribute their labor to the construction process. NSLCHFH is guided by its Christian faith but welcomes partnerships with people of all beliefs.
