DESCRIPTION:LEADERSHIP LAURENTIAN\n\nThe Laurentian Chamber of Commerce is proud to introduce Leadership Laurentian\, a brand-new leadership development program launching in October 2025. This immersive\, nine-month experience is designed to cultivate personal leadership growth while exploring the challenges\, opportunities\, and future of the Iron Range.\n\nGrounded in Justin Thompson's 7 Pillars of Influence model\, Leadership Laurentian equips participants with the tools to lead with character\, courage\, confidence\, communication\, culture\, competence\, and coaching. Each monthly session blends leadership training with real-world perspectives from across our region's business\, government\, nonprofit\, and community sectors.\n\n\nWHO SHOULD ATTEND\n\n\n	Business owners\, managers\, and civic leaders\n	Emerging leaders and high-potential employees\n	Those new to the Iron Range who want to build knowledge and connections\n\n\n\nPROGRAM SNAPSHOT\n\nParticipants will:\n\n\n	\n	Build lasting relationships with peers across industries\n	\n	\n	Gain behind-the-scenes access to Iron Range institutions and employers\n	\n	\n	Develop leadership practices grounded in values\, communication\, and confidence\n	\n	\n	Explore how leaders shape culture\, inspire teams\, and leave a lasting legacy\n	\n\n\nSessions are held once a month from October 28\, 2025 through June 2026.\n\n\nCOMMITMENT\n\nLeadership Laurentian requires full participation in each monthly session.
