DESCRIPTION:We're excited to announce our speaker for the Laurentian Chamber of Commerce Annual Luncheon will be Erick Garcia Luna from the Federal Reserve. \n\n\n\nErick Garcia Luna is a Regional Outreach director at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. His main responsibilities involve tracking\, analyzing\, and reporting on several aspects of the Ninth District's economy. \n\n\n\nBefore joining the Minneapolis Fed\, he worked for the U.S. Senate\, the City of Minneapolis\, and the University of Minnesota. Erick completed coursework in Economics at the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana in Mexico City and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota. \nErick will be covering topics of importance related to the national and state economy including economic growth\, employment\, and inflation dynamics over the last couple of years.
